Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong grasp of payroll processes and generalist responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting sales teams and working in a product-driven environment. A key part of the role involves conducting interviews for critical offline sales positions such as BSMs, Area Sales Heads, and other field roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage core HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities.
• Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely processing in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for all HR generalist activities including employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, performance metrics, and team structures.
• Conduct interviews and drive the hiring process for offline sales roles like Business Sales Managers (BSM), Area Sales Heads, and Territory Sales Managers.
• Ensure HR strategies align with business goals, particularly for sales and GTM teams.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and help implement incentive plans and field-force recognition initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a product-based company with exposure to sales-driven teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll systems, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in interviewing and hiring for sales profiles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
