Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to serve as the backbone of our people operations. This role is unique—it requires the precision of a compliance officer and the vision of a culture builder. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle while partnering with management to align HR strategy with our business goals in the RERA and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management
Hiring: Manage the full recruitment funnel from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations for technical (CA/RERA/Law) and non-technical roles.
Onboarding & Orientation: Design a seamless "Day 1" experience that integrates new hires into our specialized workflow.
Exit Formalities: Manage smooth offboarding, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
2. Operational Excellence
Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee tracking systems and ensure payroll inputs are accurate and timely.
Documentation: Maintain audit-ready employee files, digital records, and statutory compliance documents.
Office Discipline & Culture: Act as the custodian of workplace ethics; ensuring adherence to office timings, professional conduct, and RERA-related confidentiality protocols.
3. Performance & Talent Development
Performance Management: Implement appraisal cycles, KPIs, and feedback loops that reward high performance.
Training: Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal/external training sessions to keep the team updated on industry standards.
Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.
4. Strategic Partnership & Culture
Management Strategy: Assist leadership in building organizational charts, manpower planning, and implementing long-term HR policies.
Engagement & Recreation: Organize team-building events, festive celebrations, and recreational activities to maintain high morale.
Company Branding: Enhance our employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn; positioning the firm as a "Great Place to Work" through consistent internal and external communication.
Skills & Competencies
The "Human" Touch: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities in a high-pressure environment.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond daily tasks and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Attention to Detail: Critical for managing RERA-related documentation and payroll data.
Software Proficiency: MS Office (Advanced Excel), and professional social media management.
Qualifications : Bachelors in Any Field
PGDM in Human Resources added advantage
Experience: 1–3 years in an HR Generalist role. Experience in professional services (CA firms, Legal, or Real Estate) is a significant advantage.
