• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing onboarding activities.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist in organizing training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
