Is responsible for Asia payroll
To manage all statutory compliances related to payroll
To handle statutory & internal audit
Processing settlements for exit & retired as per given TAT
Provide direction to the IT vendor on maintenance and enhancements to the Payroll and HR software.
Tracking attendance for all employees
Managing employee benefits
To manage monthly reconciliation
To prepare payroll MIS & Dashboard
