Job Description
The Vice President, Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of global employment laws, regulations, and cultural differences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall global business operations objectives.
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Requirements:
• Mastery's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the HR role, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience and at least five years of international HR experience (USA, UK and Canada preferred).
