Job Description
Minimum 1-2 Year of Experience working as HR Generalist Cum Recruiter (Digital Marketing agency will be an added advantage)
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, recruitment agencies, social media channels, etc.
Screening candidate's profile based on the job description
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle including Joining & Induction, Leaves & Attendance Management, Statutory Compliances, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Exit Interviews
Hands-on experience in drafting job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
Experience to conduct orientation programs and briefings to new employees.
