Job Overview
To be responsible for end-to-end Background Verification Process, Position Management on SF, Assisting in Onboarding formalities and Exit Management (Clearances from stakeholders, Preparing F&F Input, Recovery process etc.), Absconding process, SuccessFactors Management and other HR Operations related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day transactions related to HR services e.g. assisting in onboarding formalities, background verification process, exit formalities, HRMS data entry or changes or updates in HR system, issuance of letters, handle employee queries, processing employee or personal data as required for upstream and downstream processes/ tasks/ vendors
Attend to Businesses data or information requirement connected with HR or payroll inputs
Requires coordinating with candidates, HR teams and Businesses towards performing duties
Handle assigned non-regular tasks or assignments and achieve results and timelines
Coordinate and prioritize and act immediately on time sensitive tasks
Handle sensitively HR queries, information, and confidential data with required staff only
Skills/ Attributes
HR and Payroll experience as per eligibility is mandatory
Good written and verbal communication
Good excel, MS word, MS ppt, and other MS office skills as prime requirement
Knowledge of SuccessFactors platform will be preferred
Multitasking due to nature of the work, not limited to roles and responsibilities scope
Good coordinating, organizing and analysis on day-to-day assigned tasks
Work Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience is required
Current or prior experience in HR services listed under roles and responsibilities would be given preference
Qualification
Graduate from a recognized university
