Job Description
Specific Responsibilities :
• Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
• Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• Conduct HR round of interviews to assess behavioral aspect and determine right culture fit
• Handle complete onboarding, background verification, attendance management and exit processes
• Maintaining company directory, reports and organizational charts
• Handle employee confirmations and issue bonafide letters
• Ensuring local compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESI etc are adhered. Participation in internal and external audits.
• Conducting employee engagement activities and wellness programs
• Executing rewards and recognition program Qualifications: Master's degree in human resource management
