Job Description
• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and deploy various HR interventions related to talent management, engagement, compensation, career development etc.,
• Drive execution of various employee Engagement initiatives (Quarterly Town Halls, monthly AHMs, Focus Group discussions (FGDs), skip-level meetings, Leadership Connect and New Joiner Induction sessions etc.,
• Drive Rewards & Recognition (R&R) through effective utilization of R&R budgets and ensure timely recognition of associates in various forums.
• Drive Performance Management process (Annual/Mid-term/Fresher appraisals and promotions) as per the defined timelines.
• Collaborate with various CoE partners to effectively drive key HR processes.
• Provide key people metrics and dashboards to the unit leadership on a periodic basis (Eg., Attrition analysis, R&R budget and utilization etc.,).
• Work closely with the program/project managers to address and resolve employee issues.
MBA HR with 3-4 years experience in a HRBP role
Location : Chennai and Pune
