Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Organizational branding requirements, understanding of FAI's EVP and Organizational culture, Onboarding policies and relevant documentation (starter kit) in FAI and managing New employee joining process HR Systems and Policies: Knowledge of HRIS used for all HR functions (like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, People Strong, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday etc.). and knowledge on relevant SOPs Employee Relations: FAIs existing HR policies and processes, HRIS related to employee relations management, Grievance redressal system Analytics: Knowledge of MS Office Stakeholder Management: Manage the expectations of stakeholders and experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders. Track employee absence, leave, attendance, etc. to maintain data on organization policy compliance Knowledge of Office 365 tools including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work flexible hours round the clock to support global employees Knowledge of HR systems preferably Workday Behavioral competencies Fluent in English both spoken and written.
