1) Executive HR- (1 position ) Immediate requirement
Required Skills :
Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of similar experience.
Fluent in English as well as strong in communication skills.
Job Description :
To execute responsibilities related to employee lifecycle processes at strategic and operational level
Recruitment end to end process.
Onboarding formalities from issuing offer letter to relieving letter.
Policies & processes: Execution of all the policies in terms of adherence to each by all employees
Management of Leaves & attendance and creating payroll advice statement
Employee records management
Employee database management by creating individual employee files for HR records.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefit
Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
