Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR executive to co-work with the internal team at United Way Mumbai and manage every aspect of the employment process, including orientation, maintaining records, and training new team members.
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing vacancy notices and job descriptions in consultation with department heads and circulating the same
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and coordinate with respective hiring managers
• Facilitating onboarding & orientation
• Coordinate for exit formalities
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Participate in organizing events such as celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries (in coordination with the leadership subgroup)
• Remain updated on employment laws and regulations
Profile Requisites
• Graduate in HRM or similar field, prior experience in an HR role is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Organizational skills
Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the salary range is INR 3.6 - 5.8 LPA
