• Responsible for HR administrative support for handling of the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding) as part of Freudenberg Chemical Specialties, India shared services for 3 Business Units of Klueber Lubrication, Chem-Trend and SurTec.
• Support managers in Training Need Identification, Skill Matrix, Training Module Development, Implementation of Training Evaluation, updating and circulating training calendar and training plan at set frequency.
• Assist Managers in Performance Management process and ensure timely completion of appraisal process and target setting.
• Involve in Organizational Development activities and HR projects
• Further development and optimization of HR processes as well as their digitalization
• Other jobs as assigned
Qualificationsarrow_right
• Bachelors / Masters with additional qualification in Human Resources Management
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the operational HR work of an internationally active company
• Good command over English -verbal and written, mandatory
• Knowledge of ISO audits requirement.
• User knowledge of HR Information Systems such as Workday, SAP HCM, preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively, high job follow-up, strong analytical orientation
• Willingness to create new ideas, to bring in and implement own ideas
• High degree of flexibility and a result-oriented way of thinking and acting, responsible, able to adapt to intense work tempo
• Advanced organizational management, effective communication, solution and result oriented
• Basic knowledge of HSE and QMS
