About the Role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Executive Leader for People and Culture (ELPC) to spearhead our global initiatives aimed at enhancing our organizational culture. As a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by prioritizing inclusion, equity, and the cultivation of belonging within our diverse workforce. Working closely with Country Directors, you will guide our offices in their growth, develop leadership capabilities, and elevate organizational effectiveness.

Your leadership will be critical in driving change, modernizing our policies and systems, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff. Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive global people and culture strategy.
• Implementing fair and equitable talent management systems.
• Creating an organizational culture rooted in values such as equity, accountability, and shared purpose.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of experience in people and culture, HR, or organizational development, with a preference for those with backgrounds in international or global health/development sectors. We seek a strategic leader with a successful track record of supporting regional offices, aligning global policies, and leading transformative change initiatives.

As a global and inclusive leader, you will not only act as a change agent but also as a mentor, committed to fostering a trust-driven and purpose-oriented organizational environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred. Regular international travel will be necessary for this position.
