The Human Resources Manager is responsible for designing and implementing various HR initiatives to support the growth and development of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Design compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and company goals.
• Implement performance review procedures to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop fair and equitable HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
