Job Description
The SpeakUP team works alongside the Accountability Regime Team (ART) to support CBA’s strategy by building customer trust in CBA through promoting accountability and upholding integrity.
The ART and SpeakUP team are part of Legal and Group Secretariat. The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
SpeakUP also supports and enables CBA’s compliance with the statutory corporate whistleblower regime and undertakes investigations and cultural reviews into whistleblower concerns. The range of misconduct concerns investigated by SpeakUP is broad and includes fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, bullying, ****** harassment and discrimination.
