Designation : Sr Executive –MF Back Office Operations
Job Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai
Qualifications : A Bachelor’s Degree
Experience : 2-5 Years in Back Office
Role and Responsibilities
· Knowledge of Mutual Fund and its operational activities.
· Engagement with Registrars and AMC Relationship Mangers.
· Filling Application & Service-related forms of various Mutual Funds, Company Fixed Deposits, Bonds, NCDs, etc.
· Checking Proper stamping & scrutiny of all form to avoid rejections.
· Maintaining records of all financial transactions in MIS as well as updating the same in company software by downloading transaction files from respective registrars (CAMS, KARVY, etc.) on daily basis.
· Processing of all mutual fund transactions in time such as purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, SWP, STP, etc. through online & offline mode & keeping track of the same.
· Solving day to day queries/inquiries of new & existing clients within specified time.
· Keeping client’s Data & Documents (ID proof & Address proof) up to date with company’s records
· Maintaining of Client Master brokerage Master charges Master with back-office software.
· Compiling periodic (Daily/ Monthly /Quarterly/ Yearly) MIS reports to management and other stakeholders.
