As Sales operations team manager, your core responsibilities are to manage the sales team performance for the assigned business unit/s. While analysing the performance you may be required to Monitor and Report the Order intake, order backlog and pipeline status to the management on a continual basis. Analyze and Flag off exceptions and outliers for immediate management intervention. Need to prepare statistical reports, determination of sales premiums and commissions, as well as preparation of reports and statements regarding sales efficiency. Provide reports on growth pillars and individual's performance in comparison to YOY, QOQ and baselining the BU/Company-wide sales performance.
Experience in working and reporting financial metrics and insights to CXO.
Experience in working with Sales teams and managing multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies. Should be able to learn the nuances of the industry terms and also able to analyze the industry growth in comparison to the BU growth.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to perform complex and advanced data manipulation using MS excel
Should have worked with reporting tools such as Tableau ...
5+ years of Experience in Analyzing and reporting organizational financial performance.
Should be having a masters degree from a Tier1 Business School.
