Main Responsibilities: Administration & Assistance -
Support senior leaders and department heads in various tasks and projects.
Coordinate complex events, meetings, and conferences.
Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports, documents, and other materials.
Scheduling & Travel -
Manage executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and appointments.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, and expense reports.
Screen telephone calls and correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Effective Communication & Collaboration -
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills to create professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Collaborate closely with executives to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
Provide expert-level support to senior leaders, facilitating their daily operations and decision-making processes.
Essential Skills:
2-5 years of experience in executive support roles.
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in one or more areas.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
