Job Description

Production Management
Monitoring and perform allocation task
Policy issuance through Opus and Maximus module for all the sub-processes
Maintain quality standard as per the SOP
Maintain sub-process wise trackers accurately
Ensure TAT is maintained as per SLA
Stakeholder Management (Internal / External)
Co-ordination with internal stakeholders on regular intervals to ensure smooth functioning
PNI - Policy Issuance conversion within 2hrs TAT from the time of intimation by CX team
Plan for training, communication of new updates to internal team
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently
MIS & Reporting
Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly reports to concern stakeholders
Monitor various process trackers and share observation to team members
Liaising with external vendors on planning & delivery of frequent report automations
IT Support & Automation
SPOC for NR/CR/ITHDs
Co-ordination and follow up with IT team for quick closure
Do requirement gathering from internal stakeholders on revamping of legacy systems, documenting the requirement
