Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with vendors for the actual delivery status of Items and update ERP on a regular basis
• Co-ordinate with Sales Rep/AM/ISR to resolve issues related to Purchase order
• Process, follow up for RMA/RTV request until its closed
• Resolve vendor issues with AP
• Follow up with AM for Invoicing and updating the same in Memo
• Fulfillment of PO and make sure its items are committed to SO
• Vendor Setup and sending Resale certificate to vendor to tax exemption
• Sourcing, negotiation with vendors
• Coordinate with Logistics team for shipment
• Ensure Sales order are closed
• Supports the Sales Department with administrative responsibilities
• Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience – 1-3 Years.
• Having relevant experience.
Skills:
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, self-starter, and great with Excel.
• Great with Data Management.
Personal Qualities and Behaviour traits:
• Detail-oriented, a good problem-solver, has excellent written and verbal communication and strives in a fast-paced environment.
