Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive-Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top-tier candidates for our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
• Regularly assess the needs of current employees and recommend adjustments to employee benefits and programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the workplace.
• Attend job fairs at schools and universities to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interview and assess candidates.
• Knowledge of current recruitment practices and techniques.
• Ability to analyze employee needs and recommend appropriate benefits and programs.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
