This is a full time hybrid role for an Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager HR, located in Mumbai. As an integral member of the team, the role involves leading the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance, managing HR processes and administration, and serving as a liaison between management and employees to foster a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to maintain confidential information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field
• At least 3-8 years of experience in HR leadership roles
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and diversity and inclusion
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams
