Roles and Responsibilities KPIsDescription
Losses - Shipment, Cash, Assets and othersEnsure zero non recoverable losses for any reason i.e. shipment loss, asset loss or cash loss
Ensure zero Critical Ageing - No shipment should lie at station after 6 days of receive;
Ensure zero SCMS miss - All shipment should be returned with proper label and should be present in manifest file;
Reporting high value (YMS and ILHS ) shortage within 2 hours
Clearing Custimer escalationsConcession within TAT
Clearing Answere ME + Concession Request Clearance
Station Closure - Shipment and CashAll cash across Amazon Stations should be reconciled same day
All Cash slips across Amazon Stations should be validated
Zero or explained shipment or cash defects on all 365 days
Rabbit ID created within TATRabbit ID should be created within 48 hours of request
CM raised within TATProactive communications to be addressed to client as per SOP should be raised within 2 hours of instance
Property Matrix / DEA Impact / Manage Sch / Weekly YMSClient queries/escalations responded within defined timeline
