Research and Consulting

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and Hiring Process:
• Develop in-depth understanding of business verticals and partner with Hiring Managers to understand sourcing needs
• Strategize sourcing plans and accordingly frame and post relevant job adverts for various levels across different portals

o Formulate different plans for distinct approaches such as, bulk hiring, campus hiring, etc

Source profiles from relevant job portals and through referrals, and deploy a strong screening mechanism to filter out relevant candidatures

o Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates, block calendars of internal stakeholders and accordingly coordinate with the candidates

o Obtain feedbacks from Hiring Managers on the status of each candidate interviewed, next steps
• Maintain and regularly update MIS / Trackers for all roles
• Carry out background verification checks with external sources, and check the authenticity of details provided by candidates
• Manage on-boarding of new recruits and joining formalities while ensuring that all relevant documentation has been collected from / shared with them

Employee Engagement:
• Maintain calendar for important events at company-level and employee-level, and take initiatives for important announcements and celebrations
• Engage with BU Heads and take recommendations for employee motivation events such as, ‘Rewards & Recognitions’, and take necessary steps / arrangements
• Help plan and organize various onsite and offsite company events
• Provide solutions to improve the employee experience
• Initiate and implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives

Professional and Academic Background:
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment and employee engagement experience, preferably in the financial services / professional services / research and consulting / KPO sector
• Master / Graduates from top tier institutions and degrees renowned for HR/Administration
• Strong academic background and aptitude with consistent performance at all levels/record of extra-curricular achievements

Other Requirements:
• Only Mumbai based candidates or those who are willing to relocate will be considered
