JOB DESCRIPTION: Strategic / Policy related KRAs - Have a view on the daily ROs available and collaborate with the sales team to ensure optimum fill-rate and highest pricing - Work with and support seniors build projects to bring in process efficiencies and drive productivity Operational / Process / Technology related KRAs - Error-free and timely processing of deals with mínimal supervision by entering logs on OnAir as per grids mentioned on the Release Orders. - Smooth Co-ordination with operations teams in agencies to ensure proper documentation and smooth execution of deals. Work on building strong relationships that can be leveraged in the future - Ensure proper execution of internal processes and systems like Mint, OnAir, deal reconciliations etc. - Sales deal fulfillment - ensure that the Sales deal fulfillment is in accordance with the company’s commercial policies and procedures - Robust process adherence to maximize client servicing and ensure audit compliances Financial Accountability / Commercial Impact - Maximize revenue by entering logs of higher value and from existing set of accounts Work with sales team and clients to execute minimum guarantees, conversions, internal buys, provisions and reversals with mínimal disruption - We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. _We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law
