Job Description
• Management of legal compliance at Corporate Office
• Review of important commercial contracts (including EPC, PPAs, fuel supply related & big ticket purchase contracts) including inputs on alternatives on onerous clauses, negotiation of non-commercial clauses etc.
• Same as above on legal documentation involving bank loans, NCDs & other financing contracts
• General legal counsel / support to various business functions on day-to-day basis in respect of corporate laws, electricity laws, competition laws, IBC, labour etc.
• Managing legal processes like key court matters, arbitration etc (excluding regulatory matters involving regulatory bodies, appellate tribunals & higher appeal courts)
• Legal due diligence & negotiations of documentation in an M&A situation
