Profile
• 5-7 years' experience
• BFSI background with experience in lending operations ie loan operations
• Experience in Loan related document Scrutiny and conversant with applicable KYC and other regulatory guidelines
• Experience in handling query resolution and operational processes related to loan disbursal.
• Has experience in SME lending or Business loan or other loans with respect to Working capital financing solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing loan requests on the platform and co-ordination with various lenders with respect to the loan status
• Monitoring of loan requests and creating effective dashboards related to loan status.
• Engagement with lending partners to improve the data, MIS and lead related processes.
• UAT testing for ongoing developments in the financing module.
• Ensure digitization of lending operations to the extent possible fully leveraging the digital assets and online data repositories available in the country
• Ensure that objectives and processes of the team is fully aligned to the overall business / organizational priorities.
