Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive / Sr. Executive - Branding and Content Marketing to join our Branding and Communications team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background combined with experience in communications and content creation.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or as an analyst with a strong communication background.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms,and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description :
1. Content Creation and Management :
• Develop, write, and manage high-quality content for various platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
2. Branding :
• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
• Monitor brand performance and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Support the creation of brand collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns.
3. Marketing Analytics :
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and drive engagement.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other marketing software to track performance.
4. Social Media Management :
• Plan, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
5. Collaboration and Communication :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media outlets for collaborations and promotions.
• Assist in organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and workshops.
6. Additional Responsibilities :
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in branding and content marketing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the marketing strategy.
• Assist with any other tasks as needed to support the branding and communications team.
