Position- Executive/Sr. Executive Commercial Operations
Location – Mumbai
Experience- 2 years+
Profile JD
• To set and ensure adherence of existing processes, commercial and billing across different verticals of the business
• To work with internal team and finance team and ensure all documentations are done for clients and vendors
• To co-ordinate with clients across cities post closure for documentation, Vendor registration and billings
• To co-ordinate with all vendor partners for vendor registration, payouts, credit line management
• To co-ordinate with clients for collections of payments
• To create estimates and take approvals on the same
• To manage the costs for each project
• To track all ongoing projects, billed projects, costs against each project and have a consolidated business view
• To maintain MIS for reporting
• Advanced Excel Understanding is a must
Good to have
• Knowledge of Statutory - GST, TDS, PT
• Tally and Book Keeping Experience
• Accounting Experience
