Import and Vessel Operations Profile
Creating vessels in Oasis & ODeX
Sending Import Arrival Notice to Back Office.
Checking TDR with Import Arrival, number of Containers, and Line Code.
Sending IAL and Special Manifest to VOA as per terminal format.
Sending En-Block movement to CFS & Empty Depot.
Solving Import Discrepancies with terminal and port.
Updating GLD into the system once the vessel is alongside
Checking the movement of containers
If any balance follow-up with CFS / Empty depo/terminal for ICD boxes
Sending SMTP to ICD Destination.
Contacting surveyor for release of ICD container.
Sending Job order to Transporter for EMPTY containers picked up from the yard.
Sending CMC to Terminal for Empty container release
Updating arrival departure report into the system once the vessel sailed.
Upload the estimate to the system and inform CS and the back office team.
Attending queries in emails of any issues
Correspondence with VOA/POD/customer service in case of any query reported by VOA / slot operator.
If there are any changes in IGM or not filed, we are doing supplementary / AMD (addition + deletion) from ICE- GATE.
Preparing and submitting monthly vessel performance reports to management.
Customs scanning follow-up

Vsl IGM filing
Vsl Operations –
Monitoring Vsl ETA and co-ordinate with the terminal for the berthing formalities
Registering vsl with Port, Terminal, and in NLP and MSW, harbour master.
Obtain an Income tax certificate from finance.
Board the vsl for vsl operations and co-ordinate with the terminal for ops activity and Custom, Immigration, PHO formalities
Obtain Lighthouse dues certificate
Apply for the Port clearance
Apply for Rotation number in ICE gate, gate opening, and closing details
Prepare Sailing report.
VIA change containers monitoring and stowage position – coordinate with a planner.
