About the Exhibition
This large-scale digital projection exhibition brings Leonardo Da Vinci’s artworks, inventions, and ideas to life through cutting-edge visual technology. Visitors will be guided through a multi-sensory journey celebrating creativity, and innovation.
Dates: February 27th - March 29th
Location: Central Canberra
Key Responsibilities
Sell and scan tickets using the box office ticketing system
Process cash and cashless transactions accurately
Assist visitors with ticketing enquiries, session times, and entry conditions
Resolve basic ticketing issues calmly and professionally
Manage queues and support smooth visitor flow into sessions
Balance cash drawers and follow end-of-shift procedures
Liaise with ushers and supervisors to ensure sessions run on time
About You
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and confidence handling transactions
Comfortable using POS and ticketing systems
Calm under pressure and able to manage queues during peak periods
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Previous box office, ticketing, retail, or hospitality experience is highly regarded
Interest in art, exhibitions, or live events is a bonus
Availability
Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Shifts may vary based on session schedules and visitor demand
