The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a unique role for a sales professional who is not only adept at selling a diverse range of agency services but also possesses proven experience in exhibition sales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and will be instrumental in managing our presence at an upcoming exhibition in Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Agency Services Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client portfolio across all service offerings (digital marketing, photography, social media, PR, website design, etc.).
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Understand client needs and tailor service packages that effectively address their marketing goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
• Exhibition Sales & Management: Lead and manage all sales activities related to our participation in exhibitions, with an immediate focus on our upcoming event in Chandigarh.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive exhibition sales strategy to attract visitors, generate leads, and secure on-the-spot deals or follow-up meetings.
• Proactively identify and target potential attendees and exhibitors for partnership opportunities.
• Manage booth presence, ensuring it is professional, engaging, and effectively showcases One Digital's services.
• Train and motivate any supporting staff for the exhibition.
• Oversee pre-exhibition marketing efforts and post-exhibition lead nurturing.
• Track and report on exhibition sales performance and ROI.
• Set individual and team sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within a marketing agency or a related creative services industry.
• Demonstrable experience in selling a variety of marketing services, including digital marketing, photography, social media, PR, and website design.
• Essential: Verifiable experience in exhibition sales, including lead generation, booth management, and achieving sales targets at trade shows or exhibitions.
• Strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our diverse service offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software/Google Sheets
• Willingness to travel as required, particularly for the upcoming exhibition in Chandigarh.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
