We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional having a proven track record in Exhibition sales, sponsorship generation to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients to secure exhibition space sales and event sponsorships.
• Ability to develop new leads using various sources,
resources
• Good communication skills written & Spoken to Create and deliver compelling sales proposals & presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the Conference, Marketing & Communications teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Actively prospect, engage, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations.
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build your professional network.
• Provide on ground support during the event and be Team Player willing to support various tasks to ensure smooth execution of the event.
• Be in close contact with the client to ensure promises are delivered and feedback is sought.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications
• Graduate/Post graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or any domain of relevance.
• Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in event sales or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Tech savvy, who is constantly updating, upgrading through digital, social media
• Willingness to travel for short and long durations as required.
