Job Description
- **Documentation**:
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for export and import shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to avoid delays and penalties.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant international trade laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with export controls, trade restrictions, and customs requirements.
- Obtain necessary licenses and permits for exports and imports.
- Basic knowledge about Advance Authorisation.
- **Logistics**:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to arrange transportation and customs clearance for shipments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize shipping costs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,659.27 per month
