We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in the Northern Beaches office, specializing in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory services.
Responsibilities
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare Company, Trust, and Partnership Financial Statements
Tax Compliance: Handle Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) Returns and Income Tax Returns
Business Advisory: Provide advisory support to clients regarding tax compliance and business financials
Workflow Management: Collaborate with the offshore team in the Philippines to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
CA or CPA qualification (or currently working towards certification)
Tertiary degree in Accounting or a related field
3–5 years of accounting experience in a client-focused role
Proficiency in Xero software (experience with BGL Super is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple tasks effectively
