Hours Per Week: 10
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to tutor primary/intermediate aged school children for our after-school programme.
You will provide tutoring focused on improving literacy and numeracy skills.
This will include work such as homework assistance, reading assignments for pronunciation help, etc. The purpose of the tutoring sessions is to provide the children with academic help so that they can perform better in school.
This will take place every Monday to Friday from 3:00pm-7:00 pm in Mt Roskill.
To be considered, you should be patient, encouraging, a strong communicator, and confident with English as a subject.
This is a great working opportunity as a side job for a bit of extra cash. Pay rate $25 to $28 an hour depending on experience.
