Job Description
Hey Jupiter Brasserie is a busy and established restaurant located in the vibrant East End of the city. We are open 7 days a week serving classical French cuisine for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
We are looking for an experienced casual or part-time barista.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced environment, be good natured and thrive in a high pressure, busy, working environment.
You must produce high quality latte art and be confident with all technical aspects of the machinery, including dialling in, adjusting grind and routine cleaning.
We use Five Senses coffee and Tweedvale milk on a 3 group Synesso with a Mazzer Robur S grinder.
Bar experience including cocktail making and wine knowledge looked upon favourably however training provided for the right person!
Looking for a responsible and trust worthy person who can open the shop early mornings and work unsupervised at times.
Must have great communication skills ability to help out on the floor when required.
