What You'll Be Doing:
Person-Centred Support - Deliver tailored behaviour and psycho-social interventions to NDIS participants to boost quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern.
High-Impact Interventions - Create evidence-based plans, run assessments, and provide therapy that changes lives.
Collaborative & Empowering - Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders. Lead trainings and contribute to real outcomes.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
Experience with PBS and working alongside NDIS participants
Great communication, report-writing, and time management skills
A genuine passion for building client relationships and driving positive change
A valid Driver’s License, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Infection Control Training
