Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist with expertise in formulating and manufacturing healthcare chemicals, cosmetics, and specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, testing, and improving chemical products while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate healthcare chemicals, cosmetics, and industrial chemicals.
Conduct lab experiments, quality control tests, and stability assessments.
Optimize existing formulations for cost-efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing healthcare, cosmetics, or industrial chemicals.
Strong knowledge of raw materials, chemical processes, and quality control.
Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and UAE regulatory guidelines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
