About the Role:
• Leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional design experiences for HomeLane customers from initial meetings to order booking and finalization.
• Partner with customers to grasp their requirements and provide bespoke design solutions, encompassing quoting, detailed designing, and production drawings.
• Prioritize and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-year diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
• Proven site experience with confidence in installing proposed designs with minimal site hassle.
• A customer-centric approach, ensuring designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-friendly.
• Experience in residential projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Google Sketchup software is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with local language proficiency desirable.
