Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience
Use your expertise in Italian gastronomy and wines to confidently make suggestions to guests so that they have ultimate dining experience
Proper setting up of dining rooms, including linen, glassware, cutlery.
Helping others on team with nightly opening and closing duties
