What you get:
$35–$50/hr depending on the role
Up to $1,000 bonus per placement
Parents pay you directly — no commissions, no fees
Automated babysitting opportunities to fill gaps in your schedule
Ongoing assistance for additional work as your availability changes
Requirements:
Experience with babies or toddlers
A genuine interest in early childhood development
A current Working With Children Check
Desired but not essential:
Early childhood education qualification(s)
Experience following structured developmental routines
Related certifications (First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, etc...)
