Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Experienced Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and general maintenance person services. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations both independently or with our team to ensure optimal functionality of systems and equipment. Your expertise will contribute to providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Duties
Diagnose and present repairs and replacements to customers with knowledge of guiding them in the right direction.
Perform plumbing tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes and fixtures both independently or with other team members.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and keep our customers safe and happy.
Engage in heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
Ability to Diagnose plumbing issues and communicate effectively to customers.
Strong plumbing skills and knowledge.
Be able to Independently take care of minor repairs and replacements.
Experience in assembling mechanical systems with attention to detail.
Competent in using hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environments.
Ability to maintain strong communication with office during the day to keep everyone updated and efficient.
We are searching for someone to represent the FATman (Faithful and trusted) Plumbing Pro name. We pride ourselves in maintaining a professional appearance, excellent plumbing skills as well as strong communication and integrity with our customers. Must be available to occasionally take emergency calls on evenings or weekends. Opportunity for bonus and/or commission pay plan after a probationary period. Work vehicle and gas during the work day provided.
