Capral Aluminium, Australia’s largest extruder and distributor of aluminium, is experiencing increased demand and has multiple vacancies for motivated and experienced Powder Coater/Warehouse Operator to join our experienced & dedicated team. Renowned for our comprehensive range of products—including window, door, framing, security, and curtain wall systems, as well as light fabrication, fencing, shower, robe, fixed louvres, and sun shade systems—Capral Aluminium offers a dynamic environment and a chance to build a rewarding career.
We Offer:
Full-time, afternoon shift role, located at Campbellfield, Melbourne.
Immediate start is available
Training to be held on day shift before transfer to afternoon shift
Competitive hourly rates with overtime and shift allowances

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customer service standards are met
Operating the powder coating equipment
Maintaining quality assurance standards
Performing regular maintenance on machinery
To be considered for this position we prefer the below:
Experience as a Powder Coater or similar
Technical skills & understanding of powder coating equipment
Be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a willingness to learn
Demonstrate pride & ownership in your work
Have good communication skills
Meet all safety requirements related to the work environment and the role.
