Job Title: KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hounslow, London
Contract Type: Full-Time, One year Contract

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic primary school. The ideal candidate will support children with special educational needs, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to children with SEN in Key Stage 2.
• Assist the class teacher in creating and adapting lesson plans and resources.
• Help manage classroom behaviour, encouraging a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support children’s development.
• Monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
• Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a primary school setting.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
