Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Installer to join our team at Kootenay Sprayfoam. In this role, you will be responsible for the application of spray foam insulation in various settings, contributing to energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our service offerings.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for spray foam application by cleaning and ensuring proper conditions.
Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to specifications and safety standards.
Ensure proper coverage and thickness of insulation for optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Spray Foam Installer or similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction practices.
Familiarity with hand tools and safety equipment used in installation processes.
Basic knowledge of caulking and drywall installation is an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
