We are seeking experienced Waitstaff who love all things food, wine, service and looking for their next venue to call home.

Bopp & Tone reflects the nostalgic and optimistic post WW2 era, embodying every day opulence and grandeur. The style is lived-in luxury, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The Australian menu, centres around honest and generous share food with Mediterranean influences, and is predominantly cooked on the in-house wood grill or charcoal oven.

A lively, warm personality whilst being authentically themselves
Posses grit, positivity, determination and initiative
Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volume service periods
Contribute to maintaining service standards and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Ideal Skills and Experience...
A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a hatted or elevated restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
