This is a full-time, on-site Billing Accountant role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Accountant with experience in Focus ERP (Focus / Focus X) to handle billing processes, including generating and processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely payments. Enter purchase entries in Focus ERP accurately and on time
• Generate sales invoices and billing documents
• Maintain and track inventory and stock levels
• Do regular inventory checks and reconciliation
• Track pending orders, dispatches, and billing status
• Support GST-related work and invoice accuracy
Experience in Focus ERP / Focus X (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and GST
• Good Excel skills
• Experience
• 2–4 years in billing/accounting
• Experience in IT hardware / distribution is a plus
Worked in inventory-heavy businesses
• Proficiency in billing processes, generating invoices, and accounts receivable management.
