Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Export Coordinator to join our team in the elevator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all export activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products to international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of export regulations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Export Documentation: Prepare and manage export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee the shipping process, including coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws, and stay updated on any changes.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status.
Order Management: Track and manage export orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Problem Solving: Resolve any issues or delays in the export process promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree into commerce, or a related field.
0 - 3 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or elevator industry.
Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with export management software.
